Voices of Young People in Care (VOYPIC) are champions for children and young people with a lived experience of care in Northern Ireland. Their mission? To ensure that every child in care feels heard, respected, and supported

VOYPIC works tirelessly to provide the best care and protection for children and young people in care, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to thrive beyond their circumstances.

The Insights Foundation with VOYPIC set out to strengthen team dynamics and empower colleagues to make an even greater impact in their community.

Through an Insights Discovery session, VOYPIC colleagues gained invaluable insights into their own behaviours and preferences, paving the way for enhanced communication and collaboration within the team. Providing the entire organisation with personalised profiles served as a roadmap for ongoing development and dialogue, fostering a culture of understanding and support.
